Pat Quigley, Founder & Design Principal

As founder and design principal of Fenestra Design, Pat Quigley has built a reputation for transforming residential spaces with warmth, intention, and timeless livability. An experienced interior designer, Pat brings decades of hands-on knowledge to every project—she's seen it all and brings smart, battle-tested solutions to even the trickiest design challenges.

Pat’s work is defined by a refined, lived-in aesthetic that reflects how people really live. She approaches each space with care and curiosity, balancing function with beauty and always tailoring her designs to the unique needs of the home and client. With projects spanning the U.S. and ranging widely in scope and budget, her portfolio reflects both creative range and consistency in quality.

Pat began her design career after growing up in the Midwest and later honing her craft in the dynamic design environment of the Seattle area. Now based outside Austin, Texas, she leads Fenestra Design with a commitment to thoughtful design and personalized service.

Katie Spurgin, Architectural Designer

Katie Spurgin is an architectural designer at Fenestra Design, where she specializes in creating clear, detailed documentation that helps interior design clients confidently bring their vision to life. With a background in architecture and advanced training in digital design tools, Katie transforms design concepts into professional drawings and visuals that streamline the entire process—from early planning to final installation.

Her expertise allows her to produce accurate construction drawings, immersive 3D renderings, and well-organized design decks that communicate every detail with clarity. Whether helping clients visualize a space before it’s built or ensuring contractors have precise information to work from, Katie’s work brings confidence, efficiency, and peace of mind to every project

She is currently pursuing her Master of Architecture at the Boston Architectural College, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture.

Full-Service Interior Design

This full-service option is ideal for clients looking for a deeply collaborative design experience. From early concepts to contractor coordination and installation, we take a hands-on role in transforming your home. Most projects include a mix of layout updates, finish selections, custom furnishings, and decor sourcing—all handled under one roof.

You’ll walk away with expert input tailored to your space—without the commitment of full project management. Consultations are booked hourly and can be scheduled in person or virtually.

Technical Drawings & Visual Tools

Design assistant Katie Spurgin supports each project with precise, professional documentation and visuals to communicate the design clearly—whether for contractors, client approvals, or your own peace of mind.

Available services:

Construction Drawings: Accurate, builder-ready documents for layouts, elevations, and custom details.
Architectural Renderings: 2D and 3D visuals that help you see the design before it’s built. Furniture suggestions & layout guidance
Design Decks: Comprehensive, easy-to-follow presentations covering layout, finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and styling.

These can be included in full-service projects or requested à la carte depending on your needs.
